When: January 2022 – January 2023

Deadline for applications: Applications processed on an ongoing basis

This Year of Making 2022 combines virtual elements: regular meetings with other artists, informal work-in-progress sharings and mentoring; with the optional terrestrial elements of your own studio time (120, 60 or 0 hrs) and in person mentoring. Looking forward to welcoming another truly international group of performance makers/ writers similarly to those who have taken part in the Programmes through from March 2020.

Both emerging and established artists/companies are welcome to apply. It is not necessary for applicants to have a single well defined project or focus. In each year there is always a mix of open researchers and production focused making.

The programme runs from January 2022 – January 2023, with a maximum of 10 places.

One 50% bursary available for an applicant who is either under 25 years or over 65 years.
