The programme concludes with a Director’s Book (Explanation Book), bringing together artistic concepts, scene analysis, staging decisions, and rehearsal plans. Successful graduates receive a NIPAI Professional Certificate in Theatre Directing.

Applicants must hold at least a high school diploma and have prior experience in the performing arts. Previous directing experience is not required. The programme is conducted in English.
