Four day intensive led by the dancers of Skånes Dansteater (Malmö, Sweden), introducing current rep by Mari Carassco, Anouk van Dijk and Örjan Andersson, as well as creative tasks and daily class. The week includes evening activities such as a film night and performances.

The summer intensive is a brilliant introduction to the company and works of Skånes Dansteater for contemporary dancers in vocational training or who’ve recently started out in their professional careers.
Led by the dancers of the company, over four packed days, with each day beginning with a class, alternating between ballet and contemporary. Following on, you will learn current rep by Mari Carassco, Anouk van Dijk and Örjan Andersson and experience the creative approaches of choreographers such as Tina Tarpgaard.
Rounding off each day you will be able to enjoy some extra curricular activities such as a dance-film night, outdoor performances and a Swedish summer evening picnic.
The course is kept at a very low cost at 600kr (approx €55) for the week, which also covers daily lunch.
Participation is by selection, this is in order to ensure that there is a comparable level across the course so that it can be equally challenging and beneficial to all who attend.
