Unique opportunity to expand your potential as an artist and dancer during Oleg Stepanov’s creative workshop this summer in Berlin.

Where: b12, Eden studios, Berlin, Germany

When: 28.07.2026-2.08.2026

Do you feel the dance became kind of the same everywhere? Noisy, busy, and scrollable?
Do you feel it has also diminished its power to make a difference?
Do you wish to experiment, reinvent and break the pattern?

Then join Oleg Stepanov –  a dance artist and researcher, choreographer, film and music maker, former dancer at Tanztheater Wuppertal Pina Bausch, Gothenburg Dance Company, Theatre Basel, Provincial dances theatre – for 6 days workshop at b12 in Berlin. It’s open to any level of movement practice.

from Oleg:
I invite you to explore with me a system of movement improvisation, composition and creative experimentation that I’ve been developing for several years. Beyond tools for dance and creative practice, this workshop is about expanding your potential as a dancer and artist.

We’ll engage not only physically, but also on conceptual, philosophical and self-reflective levels. We’ll experiment with the form, content and approaches, challenging established ways and discovering new terrain.

I’ll share distinctive tools on:
– how to tap into your own creativity at any moment, even when you’re stuck,
– how to expand and tweak your daily dance practice,
– how to turn limits into advantages and shift your habits but in a gentle and playful way,
– and how to stay authentic while exploring perspectives you wouldn’t normally see.

This workshop is a space for research and expression – where minds brainstorm, bodies steam and spirits rave. Hope to see you there.
