Beyond Technique Workshop taught by Mihaela Griveva covers essential skills and knowledge to prepare you mentally and physically for a performance state. Exceeding your potential on stage requires a specific set of mental and physical skills. Skills like anxiety regulation, confidence building, freedom and stability within the body, creative expression.

Mihaela’s real skill and aptitude is her ability to see and feel what is holding a dancer back and to help them implement tools to surpass their perceived limits. Invariably it is based on connecting to joy and your authenticity as a dancer.

About Mihaela:
Mihaela Griveva is a choreographer, dancer, teacher and entrepreneur. She holds an MA in Contemporary Dance Performance from the Irish World Academy of Music and Dance. As a freelance artist based in Ireland, she continues to work and study extensively in Europe and Asia.
Mihaela’s passion for teaching and assisting dancers to reach their full potential inspired her to develop the Beyond Technique Workshop: study and mentorship tailored to the individual needs of professional dancers.
Mihaela is also a director on the board of Dance Ireland and editor and creator of Dancing Opportunities. An evolving project promoting dance, and creating a resource and network for dance artists.
