For those who are motivated to cultivate readiness for radical change and self-transformation, who are genuinely curious to ask questions from the shared ground and deepen their connection with nature, its forces and wisdom.
We will explore our inner ecology (embodied anatomy) and deep ecology, learning from nature experientially and practicing the principles of Contact Improvisation as a practice/artform that is rooted in ancient eastern philosophies, martial arts, meditative and contemplative traditions. Deepening our listening through immersive practices in nature, rituals, embodied inquiry and improvisation, writing and sharing poetry.
The program includes meetings with deep ecologist Nikom Putta, hiking in Chiang Dao’s UNESCO Biosphere Wildlife Sanctuary, contemplating the river, cave and hot springs, tending to the vegetable garden, visiting a local indigenous village and learning about local culture.
