The Royal Winnipeg Ballet School, known for its excellence in dance education for 85 years, is seeking a Director of Educational Programming. This role aims to enhance the vision, business model, and delivery of the school’s educational programs while supporting its identity as a leading dance training institution. The Director will report to the Artistic and Executive Directors and is expected to be a visionary leader with a strong background in ballet and dance pedagogy, preferably a former professional dancer.
The responsibilities include providing creative and operational leadership, advancing strategic goals, and building relationships with students and families. The Director will also promote an inclusive environment that embraces diverse dance forms and fosters artistic growth.
