Is It Too Late to Become a Professional Dancer?
Or is the real question whether you’re ready to finally find out what’s possible for you?

Where: Online

When: 21.05.2026

Deadline for applications: 21.05.2026

You feel most alive when you dance.

Something in you switches on.
A clarity. A connection. A sense of yourself that is hard to find anywhere else.

And yet another question has followed you for some time:

Could I have taken this further?
Did I miss my chance?
Is it too late now?

For many dancers, the question never truly disappears.
It just gets quieter.

Life gets busy. Responsibilities grow. Other paths begin to take shape.

But somewhere underneath it all, the question remains.

This workshop is for that question.

This free session is an honest exploration of what it really means to pursue dance seriously – especially if your path has not been linear or conventional.

Because for many dancers, the real pain is not being “too late.”
It is living with uncertainty about what might have been possible.

Another year passes.
The question stays unresolved.

This workshop offers a chance to stop circling it and look at it clearly.
In order to provide you with a clear roadmap for this important decision, we’ll explore:

• what professional dance training actually looks like today
• what matters more than having started young
• the different ways a dance career can be built now
• what commitment really asks of you
• how to assess whether this is a path worth pursuing for you

This workshop is for dancers who:

– started later than others
– trained seriously, but not through elite institutions
– took breaks or followed another path first
– feel a strong pull toward dance that hasn’t gone away
– question whether professional training is still realistic
– don’t want to keep wondering forever
