Tanz mit! is a free open-air dance festival at Potsdamer Platz in Berlin – 16 days of performances, open workshops, classes, dance evenings, and a battle, spanning contemporary, ballet, tango, salsa, bachata, West Coast Swing, lindy hop, hip hop, breaking, popping, waacking, voguing, ballroom, jazz, and more. Financially sustained by an on-site market, the festival is free for everyone. Over 500 Berlin-based dance artists have participated across editions.
How to register:
No registration needed – just show up and dance. Come to learn something new, revisit a style you know, support your community, or meet the dancers you’ve been following. The more people join in, the more visible dance becomes. The 2026 programme is complete.
