Pushing Boundaries Experienced Movers Edition aged 50+ – Exploring Presence Through the GILA Method
18–21 August 2026
Designed for experienced movers, this four-day intensive invites participants to investigate how the body inhabits space and develops performative presence. Through movement research, improvisation, and embodied exploration, participants will engage with the GILA Method and deepen their understanding of performance and artistic expression.
Pushing Boundaries GILA Pedagogy Workshop – An Artistic Practice for Working with the Mature Body
21–24 August 2026
For the first time in the UK, Galit Liss will lead an intensive residency exploring the pedagogy behind her distinctive methodology. Designed for practitioners, choreographers, and dance educators, this laboratory offers an opportunity to explore artistic practice, teaching approaches, and creative work with the mature body.
