Join an immersive marine-based somatic workshop guided by Eleonora Parello, an internationally experienced movement artist and Certified Body-Mind Centering® Teacher and Practitioner with more than 20 years of work in somatic movement, performance, and aquatic practices.

Set within the coastal landscapes of Lefkada island, the workshop explores movement, perception, and the body’s fluid nature through practices in and around the sea. Drawing from Eleonora’s long-standing research between land and water, the experience combines developmental movement, embodied anatomy, and marine-based somatic exploration in direct relationship with the island’s natural environments.

Inspired by Body-Mind Centering®, the workshop investigates developmental movement patterns, fluid systems, embryological processes, and embodied memory through guided somatic exploration.

Participants move between land and sea, engaging in sensory practices that support awareness, deep listening, play, and relational movement.

The workshop includes:
• somatic movement exploration in natural and marine environments
• exploration of fluidity and developmental movement patterns
• practices inspired by embryology and aquatic life
• sensory awareness and embodied perception
• collective and individual movement processes

Open to all levels, including dancers, movers, artists, therapists, and anyone interested in somatic and embodied practices.
