Ballet Arizona is looking for a full-time School Director to lead the school into a new phase of expansion, restructuring and optimization.

The School Director is responsible for the artistic leadership and management of the School of Ballet Arizona and is accountable to Ballet Arizona’s Artistic Director. Areas of oversight include the Children’s, Lower, and Upper Divisions, Pre-Professional Programs, Summer Intensives. The position is multi-faceted with wide range of responsibilities and requires coordination with all Ballet Arizona (BAZ) internal departments and relevant external organizations. Additionally, the School Director will collaborate and consult with the Director of Operations on all school business-operations matters.
