Dance Masterclass is looking for a Project Manager. Berlin, Germany (you should be based in Berlin).
Full-time – 40 hours per week
Hybrid – 3 days in our Berlin office, 2 days remote
Salary: €42,000
As a Project Manager, you’ll oversee everything from travel planning to on-set organization, ensuring smooth project execution, budget control, and close collaboration with freelancers and our small Berlin-based team.

What’s the Job About?
As a Project Manager, you’ll oversee every step of the process – from travel planning to on-set organization – ensuring projects run smoothly, stay on schedule, and remain within budget. You’ll coordinate freelancers and work closely with our small team in Berlin.
Your Responsibilities:
• Plan and manage various projects from start to finish
• Organize travel and handle logistics
• Oversee on-set operations and make sure everything runs smoothly
• Support the team with organizational and administrative tasks
• Be on-site during shoots and lend a hand wherever needed
• Conduct research on different topics
• Handle simple admin tasks like paying invoices or updating data
This is a diverse and hands-on role – perfect if you enjoy variety and responsibility.
What You Should Bring:
• You work in a structured and clear way
• You’re a fast learner and highly efficient
• You stay calm under pressure
• You speak fluent German and English
• You have a valid driver’s license
• You live in Berlin
• You’re confident using computers and digital tools
• You’re comfortable working with AI tools like ChatGPT
