The HUGS Team is searching for a FLINTA* Dancer.

HUGS explores intimacy, connection, and consent through movement. This trauma-sensitive dance project features a trio performance on continuous embrace, followed by an open exchange with the public, workshops, and a documentary. We are looking for one FLINTA* dancer based in the Frankfurt am Main region who is interested in exploring trauma-sensitive methods. The project will focus on physical contact awareness and boundary communication.
WE ARE OFFERING:
– Three weeks of rehearsals (paid according to BDFK standards
– Three performances (paid according to BDFK standards
– A sensitive approach to physical contact practices. and respect for each dancer’s boundaries
– A collaborative creation process tailored for the dancers and their capacities
– Hosting & travel costs can not be covered; therefore, Frankfurt am Main region dancers only are welcome to apply
