Paleohori Gathering |Movement, Nature & Community Weekend in Lefkada – 4-day gathering of movement, nature and shared time.

Description of opportunity:
An invitation to spend time together, share meals, move and coexist with care, rest and reconnect with each other, our bodies and the natural environment of Lefkada.

Through somatic movement, dance improvisation and shared moments of rest and reflection, we will explore embodied awareness, relational spaces and creative expression.

The Movement Practice: Bloom Inside

A movement-based session inviting participants to explore intuitive and authentic ways of moving and relating to the body in the present moment.

Through guided movement exploration,
improvisational exercises and scores,
and moments of moving and witnessing,

participants are invited to listen to their body, observe their patterns and discover new ways of relating to themselves, others and space in a playful and supportive environment.

– reconnection with intuitive movement and softness in the body
– creative ways of expressing thoughts and emotions
– releasing tension and channeling energy
– relationship with others through improvisation, contact and attentive listening

What is included:
– Daily somatic movement & improvisation sessions
– Morning warm-up & restorative practices
– Beach excursion
– 3 vegetarian meals per day (fresh & organic)
– 3 nights stay

Accommodation
Participants who wish may stay simply on the land during the workshop days using their own tent or staying in a bell tent, for free.

Rooms are also available for rent in the nearby village from 75€ (3 nights – shared) or 150€ (3 nights – single)

Standard: 200€ / Supported: 140€ / Supporter: 260€ 
The fee includes the full program, workshops, and daily meals. Shared accommodation in a bell tent or a spot to set up your own tent is offered at no extra cost. Participants are invited to choose the contribution that best reflects their current financial situation.
