The 2026 season at Paleohori Eco-Art Space continues our commitment to nature, community, movement, and embodied artistic practice. Rooted in the landscape of a small mountain village in Lefkada, the season invites dancers and movers to slow down, listen, and work in close relationship with land, people, and process.

This year, we dive once more deep in embodiment, dance, research, and shared practice, while bringing a stronger emphasis on ecosomatics and related approaches that explore how bodies, environments, and ecologies shape one another. Through educational and research programs participants are invited into spaces of inquiry, experimentation, and exchange.
The 2026 program includes two main add-ons:
one dedicated to creation and choreographic research, approached through embodying encountering and collective spirit;
and another offering intensive physical training for more experienced movers that challenges ideas of technique, asks questions rather than offering fixed answers, and stays open to sensation, adaptation, and agency.
Paleohori offers an off-grid living context that supports deep work, shared rhythms, and collective presence. This season is an invitation to practice together with care, curiosity, and attention to how movement lives within bodies, landscapes, and communities.

Places are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, so we encourage you to register early.
Costs for participants:
This year, a sliding-scale participation fee is available for all programs. For Somatic Movement & Herbalism and Unplugged Dance, the sliding scale is available until February 28, 2026. For Symbiotic Danscapes, Rest in Motion, and WILD, it is available until March 31, 2026. After these dates, a standard participation fee will apply.
