The Listening Body Retreat is a 7-day immersive retreat combining movement research, somatic practice, yoga, meditation, and group work in a supportive retreat environment.

The Listening Body is a movement-based retreat that invites you to turn inward and experience the body not as something to control, but as something that can sense, respond, and guide. Led by choreographer and dancer Inbar Elkayam, former dancer with Kibbutz Dance Company, the work is rooted in Embodied Intelligence, exploring how physical patterns shape the way we think, react, and relate.

Through guided movement explorations, participants begin to recognize patterns in real time: where we hold, resist, push, or disconnect. The process moves from individual work into connection with others and space, allowing a shift from control and effort into responsiveness, clarity, and play.

The retreat takes place at Wonderland Healing Center in Koh Phangan, within a private villa and with access to the wider center, combining focused work with a relaxed and conscious lifestyle.
