An international summer dance intensive in Sardinia combining high-level training, diverse dance styles and a unique Mediterranean experience. Train, connect and grow in an inspiring international environment.

Sulcis Dance Lab is an international summer dance intensive.

The program offers high-quality training with international teachers, bringing together dancers from Italy and abroad in a dynamic, inspiring and supportive environment.

Set in the unique and authentic landscape of Sardinia, the intensive combines professional dance training with a Mediterranean summer experience.

Surrounded by nature, sea and culture, participants can fully immerse themselves in both artistic development and a meaningful international exchange.

Throughout the three days, dancers will have the opportunity to:

• deepen their technique across different styles
• explore creativity and personal expression
• work in a focused yet open and collaborative atmosphere
• connect with dancers from different backgrounds

Levels:
Beginner and Intermediate/Advanced

Age:
Open to participants from 7 years old to adults

Dance Styles:

• Classical Ballet (Repertoire / Barre au sol)
• Modern Lyrical Jazz
• Contemporary Lab
• K-Pop
• Hip Hop
• Acrobatic Training

A final theatre presentation (optional – to be confirmed) will be offered to participants attending all 3 days.
Participation is free of charge and represents a valuable opportunity to share the work developed during the intensive.

 Places are limited and will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

 Flexible participation options:
Participants can choose between single classes or a full pass (3 days), allowing them to tailor their experience according to their interests and level.
