As a way to provide connection and community through movement, ShaLeigh Dance Works is offering 5 ShaGa classes and 1 Mindful Movement & Meditation class per week!

When: *All Times are Eastern Standard*
Mondays at 10am & 8pm,
Tuesdays at 9am,
Wednesdays at 5:30pm & 8pm,
Thursdays at 9am

Classes are donation only and are open to everyone, no matter your age, experience, or location in the world. Move with us from the comfort and safety of your own home!
*December Mindful Movement & Meditation, Movers, and Wednesday’s 8pm Community classes are FREE for frontline healthcare workers*

In ShaGa, we move from our body, the ultimate refuge. We allow our bodies to become our teacher and our healer.

ShaGa is a living movement practice of self-discovery, healing, and awakening to our deeper resources. It opens us up to the capacity to experience movement as a source of healing and vitality. We discover that by inhabiting our bodies more fully, we are able to more fully inhabit our lives.

We are teaching these classes on Zoom, a free application accessible from your phone, tablet or computer. Simply register by clicking on the link for each class, and you will get access! Please be sure to register ahead of time! Zoom meeting links are emailed to you after you register.

Classes are entirely donation-based and we encourage those who are able to give what you can. No one will be turned away for lack of funds. December Mindful Movement & Meditation, Movers, and Wednesday’s 8pm Community classes are FREE for frontline healthcare workers.

All donations received go directly to support our Teachers.
