Corpo Animale is a weekly workshop on ecosomatic practices, a liberating experience where movement, voice and deep listening open up new perceptions.

What remains when we stop thinking and start listening?

Beneath the layers of habit, control, form… lives a body that knows. An animal body. An ancient, collective, vibrant intelligence.

‘Corpo Animale’ is a weekly event where we immerse ourselves in the practices of ecosomatic arts. An intense journey to rediscover the primordial wisdom that resides within us, exploring the most authentic language of the body and voice. It is a “liberating” experience that opens up new perceptions and a deep connection with the surrounding environment and the collective.

Our goal? To form a real Animal Choir! Through practices of deep listening, embodied movement and expressive vocalisation, this choir will perform creative interventions in public and/or outdoor spaces, gently disturbing the gaze, shifting perspectives and reminding us that we are part of the same fabric.

This course is particularly suitable if:
•    you are a performer, actor, dancer, or creative person;
•    or you are not, but you feel a clear and visceral calling;
•    you want to inhabit your body as a place of presence and connection. All you need is a willingness to listen to the deep intuitions of your body.

Costs for participants:
The cost of the course from 15 January to 11 June is €440.
