A weeklong creative training intensive designed to incubate choreographic research, movement development, and new approaches to performance.

Working with six active choreographers from the US and Europe, dancers move between daily technique classes and guided creative labs, exploring a range of choreographic methods and movement practices.

SOLO CREATION FOR FILM
Throughout the week, each participant develops an original 1–2 minute solo for film. Through creative prompts, movement vocabulary, direction, and individualized feedback from the workshop faculty, dancers are supported in generating and refining their own material.

The process culminates in a professionally filmed studio session with lighting. Each dancer leaves with solo footage for personal use, including reels, auditions, and professional submissions.
