Re.Search – Professional Dance Program is a research-based training program developed by NOD, where dancers engage in choreographic creation alongside a structured mentoring pathway throughout an intensive season from September to June. The program can also be attended by trimester.
At the core of the program is a tailored mentoring process guided by Spenser Theberge, designed to support dancers before and during each five-week creation period.
The program begins with three introductory days focused on group preparation, cohesion, and the introduction of the mentoring structure.
Throughout the trimester, mentoring remains an ongoing component of the process, offering a space to reflect on and rework studio experience over time. This supports dancers in developing awareness, recognizing their progress, and integrating the tools encountered during the program into their artistic and professional path.
