A one-off Introductory session to Contact Improvisation led by Tonya Sheina and Zoe Ramsey of the Echo Echo Ensemble.

We will introduce some principles used in contact improvisation; dancing together, leading and following, gently sharing weight, coming together, going apart, letting ourselves move and be moved with our partner. No experience is required, just an interest in dancing.
