We’re looking for a Head of Artistic & Integrated Health to lead this critical function. This role brings together artistic performance and health leadership, ensuring they operate in alignment to support safe, sustainable and high-performing dancers.

This is a senior leadership role working in close partnership with the Artistic Director and Head of School. You will lead a multidisciplinary team and provide strategic direction, clinical governance and operational oversight to ensure student health, wellbeing and performance support.
This role is accountable for the design, oversight and continuous development of the School’s integrated health and performance approach.
• Establish and lead an evidence-based framework that supports both student well-being and performance outcomes
• Work alongside Artistic leadership to ensure health considerations are embedded into training and performance environments
• Provide clear, concise reporting to Executive and Board on health, risk and performance matters
• Maintain governance across clinical practice, safeguarding, duty of care and compliance requirements
• Lead and coordinate a multidisciplinary health and performance team
• Oversee complex and high-risk student matters, including structured return-to-performance planning
• Ensure consistency in care through appropriate systems, documentation and referral pathways
• Incorporate injury prevention, recovery, load management and mental skills into the student environment
• Use data and external insight to inform decision-making and improve outcomes over time
• Manage engagement with families and relevant stakeholders where appropriate
• Fulfil responsibilities as a Child Safety Officer in line with legislative and organisational requirements
