This February, join me for a 4-week online journey to reconnect with your voice and body from the quiet of your home.
Through four 90-minute Zoom sessions, we’ll explore gentle somatic practices, vocal exercises, and simple improvisations to cultivate presence, emotional balance, and creative expression in a supportive and inclusive space.

Each session: 90 min live on Zoom
You can register for the full 4-week course for a specific slot, or attend single sessions.

Two possible time slots:
 → Morning: 10:00–11:30 CET (for Europe, Asia, Australia)
 → Evening: 18:00–19:30 CET (for Europe, Americas)

Course Details:
In this series, we’ll explore Voice Embodiment as a somatic and creative practice that support emotional balance, energy self-regulation and deep imagination, especially during the darker winter months.

Each session will include:

– Body scan meditations to deepen sensory awareness and presence.
– Vocal activation practices to awaken breath and resonance.
– Playful voicing explorations, both solo – off-screen, with your mic muted, and sometimes in pairs – in breakout rooms), to connect with your physical and relational experience.
– Time both on-screen and off-screen to rest the eyes and engage with your surroundings.
– Short group sharings for integration and reflection.

Everyone is welcome, regardless of experience, background, or confidence with their voice.
It’s a guided space to reconnect with breath, body, and sound — and to bring a little warmth and presence into the winter days.
