Online sessions for dancers, performers, movers and anyone with a desire to cultivate their own creativity, intuition and awareness. Embracing a personal exploration with our own body we explore and play with different choreographic tools with the objective of discovering new sensations, rhythms and nuances in our movement.
These sessions can be an enriching resource if you are in a creative process, or simply a chance to step out of your day to day for a while and enjoy being present with your body. Professionals and non-professionals of any dance genre welcome.
These sessions are led by Noemí Luz, a multidisciplinary dance maker working with traditional, contemporary & experimental flamenco as well as contemporary dance, dance theatre and performance.
