“The Body of Mystery” is an invitation to dive into the luminous darkness within ourselves, a place of infinite creative potential. In this space, we will learn to dialogue with and experience the vast reservoir of unbounded consciousness we all innately possess. Using the dreaming techniques and practices of the School of Images, alongside other practices of deep listening, psychoacoustic perception, layered movement, and theatrical scores for deeper embodiment and integration of hidden patterns, we will ultimately discover our own keys to unlock a greater sense of wholeness, vitality, creative desire, and more.

The body itself, quite simply, IS consciousness in movement. It contains and expresses a virtually unlimited archive of experience and in-form-ation. It is both receiver and transmitter, capable of storing, assimilating, and utilizing consciousness in ways we are often unaware of.

So, what lies hidden just beneath the surface of our limited awareness? This knowledge cannot be hidden forever. It is right there, in each one of us, waiting for the countless mysteries of ourselves to be not only found, but experienced in a safe and creatively nurturing environment.

Rob’s own creative and pedagogic work combines 30 years of research and experience in performance, dance, theatre, sound composition, martial arts, therapeutic massage, meditation, and Saphire® Imagery at the School of Images based in New York.
