WILD is a two-day contemporary dance event in Amsterdam (April 4–5, 2026) featuring a full day of improvisation-based workshops with international artists and an all style dance battle focused on individuality, freedom of movement, and authentic expression.

WILD is a two-day dance event taking place in Amsterdam on April 4–5, 2026 at Door Open Space.
The first day features five improvisation-based workshops led by internationally active artists:
– Wilchaan Roy Cantu
– Manuel Rodríguez
– Oleg Klevakin
– Nelson Parrish Earl
– Dayan Akhmedgaliev
Each teacher is bringing a distinct approach to movement research and contemporary dance. Some of them work with renowned choreographers and companies such as Eastman (Sidi Larbi Cherkaoui), Peeping Tom, Alexander Ekman and Isaiah Wilson, while others are pushing the boundaries of their own interdisciplinary and choreographic practices.
The second day hosts the WILD Battle, a dance battle centered on individuality, musicality, and authentic expression, with a €1000 prize for the winner.

WILD creates a space for dancers of all backgrounds, levels and styles to train, exchange, and explore movement beyond trends and expectations.
