When: Auditions for the 2026/2027 season will be held in person on:
February 07 at 12:00 pm,
March 07 at 2:00 pm,
and April 11 at 12:00 pm.
video auditions are also accepted on an ongoing basis for those unable to attend in person.
Deadline for applications: Applications should be submitted as soon as possible to secure a spot, as in-person audition space is limited to ensure personalized attention for every dancer.
Lamondance provides a unique bridge between high-level training and a professional career through an ecosystem modeled after a working dance company.
Our program offers three distinct pathways: a twenty-seven-month post-secondary contemporary training program, a nine-month graduate career transition “bridge” program, and emerging artist positions within our project-based professional company.
Dancers engage in 37 hours of weekly training, including classical and contemporary technique, injury prevention, and repertoire.
Our culture is built on mutual respect and gratitude, creating a supportive environment where international guest artists and dancers collaborate to reach the highest standards of artistic excellence.
How to apply:
Dancers must complete the online audition application form available on our website.
Please prepare a dance resume, a reference letter, and a headshot to attach to your application.
For video auditions, include a verbal introduction, contemporary solo, improvisation, and brief ballet technique exercises.
