Bodies in Action / Julian Nichols is looking for collaborators. Julian Nichols will lead a one-day artist connection session on 26 February 2026 (Thursday) from 10-5p.m, (including breaks and a catered lunch) in East London (space TBC) , inviting performers to share practice, move together, and connect around future artistic projects with Bodies in Action.
Where: East London, UK
When: February 26th, 2026
Deadline for applications: February 4th, 2026. Please do not submit applications after this date.
All applicants must be able to work in the UK.
This session is not a formal selection process. It is designed as a relaxed, supportive studio environment focused on relationship-building, shared exploration, and the exchange of practice. The session will bring together an intimate group of artists, allowing time and space for meaningful connection and dialogue. The aim is to grow an ongoing artist network that may lead to paid employment opportunities in both the near and longer term, across a range of projects.
Artists interested in connecting with Bodies in Action are invited to complete the form below. Due to limited administrative capacity and the intention to keep the group small, we regret that we may not be able to respond to every application. All submissions will be carefully reviewed.
We value the lived experience and resilience of marginalised communities and warmly encourage applications from artists who identify as such.
