Workshop with Marco di Nardo at Cie Linga. Designed for all technical levels, this workshop is a journey through the beauty of movement suspended in space, where urban dance meets contemporary dance, and where the physicality of b-boying and acrobatics is combined with floor work.

Where: Studio Linga (l’Octogone, Théâtre de Pully), Switzerland

When: March 19th: 3:30-6:00 pm   March 20th: 6.30-9.00 pm

Deadline for applications: March 10, 2024

Marco, born in Naples (IT), is one of the directors of Cie Frantics, and works as a dancer and assistant choreographer with Cie Wang Ramirez.
Designed for all technical levels, this workshop is a journey through the beauty of movement suspended in space, where urban dance meets contemporary dance, and where the physicality of b-boying and acrobatics is combined with floor work. It begins with an improvisational warm-up that helps the body to perform physical movements. We then discover our physical potential in terms of strength and balance. Work focuses on how to move fluidly and endlessly, up, down and across the floor, as well as on acrobatic and rotational exercises that enable participants to acquire greater strength, stability and speed in the execution of acrobatic movements. The aim is to combine our dance skills with new material that helps students learn and develop their style.
