Are you interested in getting to know the style of Theo TJ Lowe of TheoINART? TheoINART is arranging a workshop on Friday 5th July for mature female dance artists/movement artists/actors/performers aged 25+, who are interested in Theo TJ Lowe’s work. The workshop will be informal and provides the opportunity for him to meet new artists (this is not an audition). You need to be comfortable exploring the human condition physically, emotionally & theatrically. There is no cost for the workshop.

Areas of exploration are as follows: human relations, emotional symbolism, intimacy, visual arts, physical states of being, voice work.

Theo TJ Lowe cemented himself as a renown international performer with prestigious dance & theatre companies. He has previously performed internationally with T.R.A.S.H Dance Theatre’s Disorderly Conduct, PunchDrunk’s The Drowned Man, and the acclaimed Akram Khan’s ITMOI where Theo became an associate artist. He was a guest artist with Hofesh Shechter’s Uprising/ In Your Rooms & in 2018 was at The National Theatre in Yael Farber’s Salome.

Theo’s approach to creating his own work is through Dramaturgy; the concept of imagery in motion is used as a theatrical dialogue between performers and the audience. His theatre practice is entrenched in reflecting 21st-century life that explores and conveys a theatrical ‘state of being’ through body language, voice and symbolism.
