Join Chloé Beillevaire for a week of creative exploration, where you’ll embark on both collaborative and personal artistic journey.

Each morning, we will engage in improvisation and delve into diverse choreographic materials, with particular attention to floorwork — be sure to bring your knee pads! Afternoons will be dedicated to the processes of creation, interpretation, and choreographic writing, ultimately culminating in a public presentation that showcases our collective insights and artistic endeavors.
Throughout this transformative week, we will explore the dancing body as a powerful medium of conversation and expression. Through both monologue and dialogue, we will articulate our intentions, movements, gazes, and breaths, deepening the meaning and emotional resonance of our dance.
Our aim is to navigate a spectrum of emotional and physical states — transitioning from improvisation to choreographic writing — enabling us to collaboratively craft a unique performance in a short time frame.
Chloé Beillevaire is a French performer and choreographer. After graduating from the CNSMD in Lyon she amassed stage experience with companies such as Ultima vez-Wim Vandekeybus in Belgium, the Backsteinhaus Production in Germany, Olivier Dubois and Le GDRA in France. In addition to her performance work, Chloé regularly conducts workshops at international festivals and arts centers.
In 2021, while her exploration of movement remains at the core of her work, her fascination with transdisciplinarity and the blending of diverse art forms has propelled her to found her own company, Cie La Teneur.
Through this endeavor, she seeks to reshape perceptions of contemporary dance, showcasing it as an art form rich with emotion and narrative rather than abstract concepts.
Currently, Chloé is directing her own projects that intricately weave together dance, theater, music, and visual art.

This workshop is a creation process aimed at professional artists, with a prior selection and is limited to 15 participants.
