Dynamic applications for effortless creativity
In this 4 day workshop we will focus on the practical application of AS theory, with the intent of increasing efficacy, relieving unnecessary effort, and placing sophisticated challenges or complex, dynamic movement sequences within easy reach.

Accommodation at the cultural center Camere d’Aria: 15€ per night for a shared room with the use of kitchen.

The workshop is part of BroadBand, a two-year educational initiative that views the content and methodology used to compile and continuously edit The Axis Syllabus – human movement lexicon as resource and inspiration to refine physical awareness and skill, diagnose and heal from or avoid injury.
