Dance in Art (DiA) invites young dancers to audition for our 6 months training program with the DiA Junior Company.

Where: Haarlem – Amsterdam, the Netherlands

When: Video audition for the period January – June 2022

Deadline for applications: December 10th 2021

Dance in Art is looking for 2 dancers to join our Junior Company included in the framework of DiA’s Dance Research Programs. During 6 months dancers participate in the following projects among others:
– Vivaldi project – full evening performance (dance, photography and filmproject)
– Collaboration with Ikhone (France)
– Collaboration with Chalk Dance (Canada)

Dancers will also receive training in ballet and contemporary techniques, workshops, individual coaching, audition training and private classes as well as, art management and compositional & choreographic research opportunities.

DiA alumni can be seen leading or performing with dance companies across Europe, presenting independent work at theatres and arts centres, and also as inspirational teachers and choreographers across the dance industry.
