Three months of study and the creation of a performance that will premiere within Paesaggi del Corpo – International Contemporary Dance Festival.
ATP is a professional training course focused on contemporary dance and the choreographic language of the Atacama company. The 2025 edition will take place during Paesaggi del Corpo – International Contemporary Dance Festival, to which it is closely connected. In addition to the core training phase, which will be held in Rome from Monday to Friday, there will be meetings and workshops with international choreographers from the festival, active participation in creative processes, talks and round tables, and guided viewing of performances. The program will culminate in the creation of a performance that will be presented as part of the festival’s official program.

Atacama Company has been active on the international scene for over twenty years. Founded in 1997 by Patrizia Cavola and Ivan Truol. It is supported and recognized by MIC (Italian Ministry of Culture – Performing Arts Department) and the Lazio Region.
The company has participated in major festivals in Italy and worldwide, Brazil, France, Belgium, Germany, Spain, Poland, Portugal, and Corsica. It is also responsible for the artistic direction of the District Dance Festival in Rome. Additionally, Patrizia Cavola serves as the artistic director of the Paesaggi del Corpo – International Contemporary Dance Festival, supported by MIC.
