A guided improvisational audio practice, generated by AI, inviting dancers into embodied exploration, eco-centric awareness, and expanded choreographic possibilities.
Where: Zoom – Video Conference
When: May 31 from 10:00-11:00 CET
Deadline for applications: May 17
A video conference workshop in part of an artistic project, led by Tyler Galster as part of research for an MA Fine Art with Falmouth University. By attending, participants engage in the workshop and the larger artistic inquiry of exploring the relationship between movement, artificial intelligence, and eco-centric perspectives through an immersive, guided movement experience.
The movement practice is presented in an audio format and is non-performative and exploratory. There is no right or wrong way to move as it is an open space for self-discovery, embodied awareness, and connecting to rhythms beyond the human body.
Through participation, individuals contribute to a project that aims to redefine choreographic methods, challenge traditional performance spaces, and investigate how AI can serve as a tool for deeper movement experiences. The documentation of this process will inform ongoing research and artistic dissemination, expanding conversations around AI, embodiment, and dance.
The practice will be recorded, and participant consent is obligatory to attend.
