A privilege time in studio with the choreographers Laura Lamy & Tristan Robilliard to dive into their movement through Spiral Training.
Come and join the class at Centre National de la Danse (CND) de Lyon for the “Entraînement Régulier du Danseur” (ERD).
By using the natural rotations of the spine, you will start the class by a short exploration and then go further into the technique and play with coordination and versatile movements.
