RES.ART 23-24 open call for Under 35 contemporary dance choreographers.

The Res.Art call 23-24, promoted by Vivo Center, represents a unique opportunity for young contemporary dance choreographers. The initiative involves the selection of six choreographers between the ages of 18 and 35 to bring to the stage the dance creations performed by professional dancers. Through Res.Art, choreographers will be able to express their creativity and showcase their artistic vision to the audience. The project serves as a platform for those who aspire to emerge in the art scene and establish their choreographic career. With the support of Vivo Center, these young talents will have the opportunity to create innovative and captivating performances, enriching the landscape of the Italian contemporary dance scene.
Each choreographic residency includes a 10-day period for the preparation of the performances, as well as a general rehearsal that will be scheduled in collaboration with the management. The choreographers will have access to the center’s spaces and tools for creating the performance, working alongside the professional dancers from the VIVO FLYOUT transition company. The pieces will be staged throughout the year, potentially multiple times.
