Ahead of Richard Chappell Dance’s performance of Still Touch at Watermans in London, the ensemble is thrilled to be hosting a free workshop for invited professional dancers and final year dance students.

The workshop will include a company class lead by Richard Chappell, alongside the chance to learn repertoire from RCD’s current production Still Touch and collaboration with renowned sculptor Anna Gillespie. The final part of the day will focus on improvising and devising with sculpture in Watermans’ Gallery with rehearsal sculptures used throughout the creation process of Still Touch.
This workshop is designed to give a unique insight into the creative process of Still Touch and provide professional dancers with an experience of RCD’s practice. It is designed for dancers who are interested in collaborating with RCD in the future, or who are interested in incorporating visual arts and performing in interdisciplinary settings into their creative practice.
