The class begins with exploring qualities such as rebound, flow, fractions, and shaking to reach a state beyond self-judgment and self-limitations.

Where: Tictac Art Centre, Brussels, Belgium

When: July 21-25 from 14:30 – 18:30

This class focuses on expanding artistic self-awareness rather than teaching form. Starting with qualities like rebound, flow, fractions, and shaking, it helps participants move beyond self-judgment and limitations, balancing power and fragility. After awakening body and mind, we practice isolations and polyrhythms to sharpen focus, moving forward with fearlessness and trust in each moment’s potential. Participants tune into their body’s intuitive intelligence to solve movement paradoxes, working individually, in pairs, and groups. These open structures serve as technical and compositional tools, encouraging playful exploration of personal movement languages drawn from experience and learned patterns. Creative curiosity enhances movement fluency and builds strategies to explore continuity and disruption, with optional pattern-naming for choreography development.
