One weekend focused on partnering mixing techniques from Brazilian Jiu jitsu and partnering/CI!
Starting with technical warm up & preparation, building up to movement riddles and partner games and finally finishing with an open form integrating all the information through improvisation!
Open to All with an interest in movement & dance!
