Moveo Dance Company is dedicated to promoting the arts and enhancing community engagement through dance education. We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Outreach and Engagement Coordinator to join our team and help us expand our audience and build meaningful relationships within the community.
Position Overview
The Outreach and Engagement Coordinator will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to grow our audience, writing proposals for partnerships, be able to carry out dance workshops/presentations and fostering connections with schools and community organisations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in outreach, excellent communication skills, fluent in English and have background in dance and education. *Must have a European driving license *
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute audience growth strategies for educational shows.
Write compelling proposals to secure partnerships and funding.
Build and maintain relationships with schools and community stakeholders.
Plan and coordinate educational shows and community events.
Monitor and evaluate outreach initiatives and prepare reports.
Qualifications
Qualifications in Arts Administration, Education, Dance, or a related field preferred and or experience in outreach, community engagement, or arts education.
Strong writing and organizational skills.
Passion for dance and arts education.
