DINAM Season 2026, now in its 6th edition, invites applications from European contemporary dance artists and companies for a performance presentation in Timișoara, Romania.

We are seeking an existing touring production available for presentation on 11 October 2026 at the German State Theatre Timișoara.
We are particularly interested in movement-driven works where dance and choreography constitute the primary artistic language of the performance.
We are looking for powerful, refined and intelligent dance performances featuring outstanding performers, strong physical presence, and a choreographic language that is both subtle and impactful.
Eligibility:
Contemporary dance performance
Existing production (already premiered)
Duration between 40 and 70 minutes
Productions with 3 or more performers
Based in Europe
Available to perform on 11 October 2026
Suitable for presentation in a theatre setting
Technical setup and installation time of maximum 5–6 hours
Full performance video available for review
Trailer available for promotional purposes
What We Offer
Performance fee up to 3,500 EUR
Accommodation in Timișoara
International travel budget up to 2,500 EUR
Technical support at the venue
If a production requires touring technical staff (e.g. lighting designer, sound technician, stage manager or video technician), these costs must be included in the proposed budget and will not be covered separately by the organiser.
Preference will be given to productions with small and medium-sized touring teams.
