Melinda Matticoli (she/her) is an award-winning dancer and choreographer currently based between New York City and Los Angeles.
In Melinda’s class dancers will move through improvisational tasks before moving into phrasework. Choreography will focus on textures, dynamics, musicality, and discovering new movement pathways.
DUAL RIVET is a NYC-based, women-led dance company focused on sharing highly physical contemporary dance to a wide audience.
Dual Rivet’s Contemporary Floorwork class
explores intense physicality through strength building techniques, attention to placement and weight, allowing for freedom for personal exploration of style and musicality.
Vasiliki Papapostolou (a.k.a Tarantism) is an international experimental dance artist who incorporates physical theatre, ballroom Latin and urban dance styles in her work.
Vasiliki’s workshop incorporates improvisation aimed at challenging movers to exceed their perceived “maximum”, movement concepts from street styles and repertoire of her work PANOPTICON.
Doron Perk is a choreographer, dancer, a Gaga movement teacher and founder/artistic director of More Fish Dance Company.
Tori Mazzacone, dances with More Fish Dance Company and she is also a certified GYROTONIC®️ trainer.
More Fish Contemporary Partnering workshops are a dynamic exploration where movement is a conversation and every step is a chance to connect. Consists of improvisation exercises to establish trust, sharpen listening skills, and ignite creativity, leading into choreographic phrases that invites dancers to explore and play.
mignolo dance is a contemporary dance company founded by sisters Charly & Eriel Santagado, dedicated to developing work that explores elements of various artistic mediums through movement. mignolo’s workshop will begin with an introduction to Movenglish, their movement language that seeks to embody the nuances of written/spoken language leading into repertoire from their work Self Help.
