LarrEtude invites you to step into a unique 3-month journey of improvisation, research, communal living and creation in Larret, situated in the heart of south west France.

Larret en Mouvement has put in place a new pedagogical-research format: A 3 month (2 sessions of 6 weeks) residential study-training program in dance improvisation.
The program will take place in Larret, Saint Saud Lacoussière 24470, France.
The program combines master classes, labs, sharing of practices and the accompanied development of personal projects.
LarrEtude, as its name suggests, is a container for a collective study (Etude in French).
Though it includes classes and workshops, the central tenets of the program are individual and horizontal collective spaces of research and mutual enrichment.
The program is fully residential (communal living) and will integrate with the ongoing collective life and work in Larret (cooking, gardening, care for the place..).
Is it for me?
Larretude is aimed at persons with solid dance experience (graduates of professional dance trainings, amateur dancers with many years of dedicated engagement with dance.. etc.) who are looking for a time-space to develop a personal project, process and integrate past experiences, to reorient their artistic or professional path or to take time to co-create and co-research with others.
