Description:
“Your Own God” Intensive Improvisation
The morning’s warm-up will focus on the present moment, listening to your body, and building stamina. Waking up the imagination while working with a functionally aware body!
This workshop will trigger your un/comfortable zone and will help you manage your habits. We will perform for each other each day, activating the performative energy together.
Short Bio:
The Berlin-based director Judith Sánchez Ruiz worked in New York City since 1999 and relocated to Berlin in 2011.
JSR has been established as a choreographer and teacher at major higher education institutions in dance throughout Europe, the US, Latin America, and Asia.
