Join Mamadou Dian Camara on a journey to Guinea, his country of origin.He will be offering intensive training (stages) in West African music and dance between 27 December and 6, or 10 January (2 Modules). Classes will take place in Kamsar Sosoya, a peaceful traditional village, in the Guinean forest north of Conakry.

Mamadou Dian Camara is a great musician, dancer and story-teller. He comes from a Griot* family of West Africa and was trained rigorously from a very young age in music and dance, as their tradition foresees. He has been teaching in Europe for the last 15 years in various locations. You can see examples of his work here:
Internships will be organised upon request on Djembe, Balafon, Kora, or Flute. Please specify this at the time of registration.
To facilitate the organization of the internships please also indicate how long you have been dancing/playing and the level you think you have reached, at the time of enrolment.
The training is available for all levels, from beginners to advanced.
