The FREI ART FESTIVAL – Spring Edition, in cooperation with the German Association for Dance Pedagogy, is offering an intensive workshop for dance educators and professionals. Choreographer and dance pedagogue Bruno Genty focuses on creativity as a key element in dance education, exploring how it enhances expression, personality, and technical development.
This workshop provides both theoretical insights and practical methods to cultivate creativity in dance. Participants will explore what creativity means, its role in dance teaching, and effective approaches to fostering creative thinking and movement. Through interactive exercises, improvisational games, and reflection, they will experience their own creative processes and learn to design lesson plans that integrate creativity with technical skill development. The workshop is designed for dance educators and artists seeking to enrich their teaching with fresh, innovative approaches.
