This workshop is a platform where Samuel Minguillon invites you to share, explore, experience and transform your movement. He will encourage you to work with different qualities and dynamics throughout the workshop, explore different principals to create material inspired by movement qualities, imagination, sensations, emotions, space perspectives, always by having as an objective to move in a natural way and connect with the inner animal, without forgetting to work with the new and established tools or the necessary technique.
Unfortunately , due to Covid-19 regulations we can not go into partnering work, though there will be different tasks on using gravity. We improve physical communication with alertness, by listening to our bodies, and by challenging our physical and mental stamina.
